  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and package weight.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Delivered within 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Ready-Made Artwork: Eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition, with no damage or alterations.
  • Custom Artwork: Non-refundable, as these pieces are created specifically for you. However, we will ensure your satisfaction through previews and updates during the creation process.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@bebocart.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom artwork.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
