- Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and package weight.
Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders: Delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivered within 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processes.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
- Certain regions may have restrictions on large or oversized packages. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped to your location.

Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Ready-Made Artwork: Eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition, with no damage or alterations.
- Custom Artwork: Non-refundable, as these pieces are created specifically for you. However, we will ensure your satisfaction through previews and updates during the creation process.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@bebocart.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
- Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom artwork.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
